I've made some UI changes to the PLAY tab. Please review them below & critique.

Changed betting method to using actual chips. Moved the action buttons to the felt and changed the styling, only on desktop mode. Adding H17 in settings tab down below. Made the felt larger on desktop, while making strategy table smaller on desktop. Added opt-in to email messages regarding expiring daily streaks etc., not selected by default, optional selection when creating account.
